My approach is to work holistically for you as an individual. Having worked in an Integrative clinic environment for over 10yrs, it is a privilege to work alongside the Rener Health Clinic team who advocate and follow the Integrative Health model.
Results can be remarkable when we realise a whole health approach is necessary in making any changes which bring about the transformation you desire.
Integrative care follows a natural pathway to health and healing.
It takes time to build new resilience, skills for thriving, letting go of old limiting self-beliefs, experiences, habits that no longer serve you and using one of the most powerful tools you already possess, your amazing imagination.
I will work with you and take your lead during our discovery session. Together we will weave a tapestry of change for your unconscious mind to accept. You will do the work towards transforming and birthing forth the changes you desire or at least begin the process.
I offer a 30-minute complimentary session by zoom, to assess if we are suited to work with each other.
Supervision, as a professional member of AHA we are required to have 12 Supervision sessions a year with a qualified Supervisor.
It is important as therapists we de-brief with a supervisor about our work and seek our own guidance to ensure we are giving the best possible care and therapy to you the client.
It is called professional accountability. We are also required to acquire 20 points in our own ongoing Professional Development each year to ensure we hold accountability while remaining a Registered member of our AHA Professional Body.
